I completed a state sanctioned Psilocybin Facilitator Training in 2023 with The Alma Institute, and then completed an additional certificate specific to somatics and psychedelics with the embody lab in 2024.

I ultimately decided not to proceed with formal licensing. This may change one day, but for now-

While I can not support your journey in a licensed service center,

I can offer virtual and in person microdosing consultations, or help you prepare for and integrate a journey.

Preparation

• cultivate somatic practices for self awareness and grounding

• explore your intentions

Integration

• put words to your experience

• integrate the work deeper through the body

• develop daily practices to return to what you’ve learned

Microdosing Support

• develop a respectful relationship with mushrooms

• discuss dosage, frequency, and duration of a psilocybin microdose protocol

• develop somatic embodiment practices
